As General Manager of the diverse and dynamic Saunders & Co practice, my role is incredibly broad and interesting. I am heavily involved across all operational, regulatory, and strategic matters. 

I encourage a progressive, honest, and inclusive workplace at the firm, which I describe as down-to-earth and non-hieracheral.  My management style is based on fairness, respect, and investing in others.

Part of my role is to ensure client's are provided a consistently high level of service and advice in a professional and personable manner. I make a point of getting to know the requirements and service experience of clients, including after service follow up to ensure the experience with Saunders & Co has been a positive one.
